Robert Hochberg - President / CEO
Robert J Hochberg was named CEO of Numeric Computer Systems, Inc. (NCS) in November 1994 and oversees both NCS’s and Xpedium’s global business. Mr. Hochberg brings more than 30 years of senior-level experience in the technology fields to his role.
Prior to being named CEO, Mr. Hochberg served as the President of NCS a role he continues to hold today. During his tenure at NCS Mr. Hochberg created the first mobile solution in the Direct Store Delivery Industry and has remained involved in the development of mobility solutions including bringing the first C#.NET solution to the marketplace. Mr. Hochberg has also been actively involved in keeping the back end system modern and relevant including bringing the first browser based Route Accounting solution to the marketplace.
In addition to his responsibilities at NCS, Mr. Hochberg serves on the President’s Advisory Committee at Vassar College and is involved in charitable organizations focused in the areas of education, childhood obesity, medical care, preservation of the East End of Long Island, and many other causes. Mr. Hochberg received his A.B. degree majoring in Economics from Vassar College.
Allen Dickason - Executive VP for Strategy and Business Development
Allen Dickason is responsible for NCS’s business strategy and direction as well as business development.
Mr. Dickason joined NCS and Xpedium in November, 2009 following a 35 year successful career working for some of the leading Consumer Products Goods companies. He started his career at Procter and Gamble, and subsequently held various management and C-Level positions in Supply Chain and DSD at Brach’s Confections, the CTO at position at Kinko’s and the CIO at Dean Foods, Frito-Lay and PepsiCo Foods International.
Mr. Dickason received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. He is an avid bicyclist and is involved in several community and volunteer activities in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.
